Release Notes - Incident Documentation - Canadian

Info
In order to provide you with more detailed information on our updates we have broken the Release Notes down by module.

New Features

1. [Validation] We are requiring the "Other Agencies Contacted" field no matter the Aid

  1. Background:     Previously, under the Resource tab, we were requiring the field "Other agencies contacted" for Response Type = 1 or 2, no matter the “Aid from other fire department(s)” selected.
  2.  What's new?     If there is no aiding call, the validation over the field "Other agencies contacted" has been removed.

2. Reports with Intersection addresses require a Street or Lot Number.

  1. Background:   OFM reports had a requirement on the Street or Lot Number regardless of the address is an intersection or not.

  1. What's new?    This validation was removed so for the intersection locations, the Street or Lot Number won't be required

Feature Enhancements

1. [Integration][Occupancy] Incident Documentation is now in Occupancy records

  1. Background:    Previously, we implemented the ability to access the NFIRS list through the Occupancy record. However, for the Canadian clients that are not using this module, the Occupancy records didn't allow access to the OFM list.
  1. What's new?     We added the ability to access the OFM list within the Occupancy record
  2.  Details:
    1. This feature included a refactor to allow the Prevention team to reuse the component for the OFM Fire Incident List on the Occupancy module
    2. We should keep in mind that the association is made through the address matching in the incident location
