In order to provide you with more detailed information on our updates we have broken the Release Notes down by module. 



New Features

1. Lockout Protocol Settings 




  1. We have added the ability to set a maximum number of failed login attempts before the system locks a user out. 
  2. This is defaulted to 10 attempts, and you have the ability to choose an attempt number of a lesser value. 
    1. To change the login attempts, navigate to Admin > Agency Setup > Security.
    2. When a user exceeds this set amount of login attempts, they will be locked out of the system for a set period of time. 


2. Default Role 




  1. We have added the ability for new users added to your system to fall into a default role. This saves you time when creating new users, as you no longer have to set the role. 
  2. To set a default user role, navigate to Admin > Agency Setup > Settings.
