Release Notes - General System Updates
In order to provide you with more detailed information on our updates we have broken the Release Notes down by module.
New Features
1. Lockout Protocol Settings
- We have added the ability to set a maximum number of failed login attempts before the system locks a user out.
- This is defaulted to 10 attempts, and you have the ability to choose an attempt number of a lesser value.
- To change the login attempts, navigate to Admin > Agency Setup > Security.
- When a user exceeds this set amount of login attempts, they will be locked out of the system for a set period of time.
2. Default Role
- We have added the ability for new users added to your system to fall into a default role. This saves you time when creating new users, as you no longer have to set the role.
- To set a default user role, navigate to Admin > Agency Setup > Settings.
