In order to provide you with more detailed information on our updates we have broken the Release Notes down by module.
Feature Enhancement
- What: The Functional Needs tile on the Community Connect portal will now create a caution note in the pre-plan with any attached documents or pictures.
- Why: This helps us to better understand our resident's needs.
- How: On the agency side the option to auto populate the pre-plan needs to be turned on through client services. When the pre-plan units are automatically created, they will appear as unmapped.
- Use Case: A Community Connect resident with a breathing machine could upload a PDF of how the machine operates.
