Added Hydrant Details
  1. The same "pop-up" hydrant details you're used to seeing in the web app are now available in the mobile app.

Recalculate Your Route
  1. By tapping the  button, you can recalculate your route from the mobile app.





Assets

Multiple Simultaneous Users Within Checks
  1. Multiple users can now conduct an asset checklist simultaneously (Assets > Apparatus/Equipment/Station Checks > Select and Asset to Start a Check). To join a check in progress, select Join. When multiple users are in the check, the "Submit" and "Cancel" button will be disabled. The Start button will be renamed "Join". Only when there is one user left in the check can it be Submitted or Canceled. Updates/Changes made in the check by a user will be immediately viewable by other users.  Check out this KBA to learn more.









Set Time to Send Notification of Overdue Checks
  1. When the notification for overdue checks (Equipment and/or Apparatus) is enabled (Assets > Setup > Notifications), the default time to send a notification is 1600 (4:00 PM), but can be changed to your agency's desired time. This setting will send a notification that check was not completed by that time.




Updated UI (User Interface) to System Standard
  1. The Equipment List has been updated to adhere to system standard UI for tables (Assets > Equipment List).




New Schedule Option for Checklists
  1. Added option to schedule checklist every "X" months (Assets > Setup > Check List > Check List Scheduler). 



Bulk Assign Equipment
  1. Equipment can now be bulk assigned to a User, Compartment, Storage, or Kit (Assets > Equipment List).




New Work Order Print Option
  1. Added a new work order print option that exports a PDF of the general data of a work order (Assets > Work Order Boards).







Reorder Work Order Boards
  1. Work Order Boards (dropdown list) can now be reordered (Assets > Setup > Work Orders).




Community Connect

Added Export Button to Permits
  1. In Community Connect > Burn Permits, we added a new export button  that downloads an export file including all the custom fields of a permit.




Hydrants

Filters Updated/Added to Hydrant List (Hydrants > Hydrant List).
  1. "Type" renamed to "Hydrant Type"

  2. Added Filters
    1. "Not Serviced Since"
    2. "Not Flow Tested Since"

  3. Added Columns:
    1. "Last Flow Date"
    2. "Last Flowed By"





Starting a Flow Test Following a Hydrant Check
  1. Within an hydrant checklist (Hydrants > Hydrant List > Start a Hydrant Check), you can now select "Complete and Start Flow Test" immediately after completing your hydrant checklist.





Incident Documentation

Temperature Now Shows in Fahrenheit for U.S. Clients
  1. The temperature pulled in via the Open Weather API now display in Fahrenheit for U.S Customers. This setting can be managed via Incident Documentation > NFIRS Setup > Size Up. Alternate choice is Celsius.




Added Ability to Edit Apparatus Narratives from the Incident Table
  1. By selecting the apparatus icon  from the Actions column, a user will be presented a list of available apparatus narratives that can be edited. An apparatus narrative currently being edited will not be available, but others may be edited as needed. 




Added Missing Wildland Incident Types in NFIRS Setup
  1. Added incident types 531, 631, and 632 to the Incident Documentation > NFIRS Setup > General  > "Do you use the NFIRS Wildland Module for Outdoor Fires?"




Missing Narratives for Authorized Reports
  1. For authorized incidents ONLY, missing narratives will no longer appear in the "Omitted Apparatus Narrative" column.





Inspections

New Form Builder!
  1. A brand new Form Builder enables you to configure your inspections to your agency's specifications. Navigate to Inspections > Form Builder List to edit your existing inspection forms and to create new ones. Please see these knowledge base articles for more details:

Saved Views 
  1. For both Inspections List and My Inspections, users can now create Saved Views to quickly filter (Inspections > Inspections List OR Inspections > My Inspections).

    Please see this KBA for additional details.




New Options for Managing Inspections
  1. In Inspections > Inspection Setup > System Options, there are new options for managing inspections:

    1. Make required to create a re-inspection if has open violations.
      1. When enabled, this option will require a reinspection if there is an open violation. A modal will open at the end of an inspection with violations.

    2. Show Will call as an option for re-inspections.
      1. When enabled, this option will display the "Will Call" option for scheduling reinspections.






Show Occupancy Classification in Property Use List (for client with Pre-Plan Enhancement)
  1. IBC Occupancy Group column is now displayed in the Property Use List



Improved Inspection Completion Workflow
  1. The Schedule Reinspection and Complete buttons have moved from the Inspection Report Section and are now found on the main inspection page. Complete and Send and Complete and Exit buttons have been removed.




  2. Upon completion of the inspection, the Send button is displayed.




  3. Selecting the Mail  button (Inspections > Inspection List) will display details of the outbound emails associated with the inspection including the "viewed date".











Invoicing

Commas added to currency fields throughout Invoicing, Inspections, and Permits.





Pre-Planning

Hyperlink for Occupancy Record
  1. When selecting an occupancy in the Responder or Pre-Plan Map, there is now a hyperlink embedded in the occupancy address that will take you to the Occupancy Record.








Flow Test Button Added to Hydrant Popup
  1. When selecting a hydrant in the Responder or Pre-Plan Map, there is now a button to complete a flow test




Scheduling

Off Roster Time Tracking
  1. With the new Off Roster section of the Scheduling Deputy, you can track time for early calls, late calls, meetings, training, or any other time not directly associated with an assignment (Personnel > Shift Board > Scheduling Deputy). If needed, the Off Roster will allow for documenting concurrent time with an assignment or even time off by selecting "Force" whenever the system detects a conflict.

                    



Time Off Page Sorting
  1. The Time Off Review page (Time Off > Review) now allows for sorting via the "Approval" column. The sort order is set to the following:
    1. Active Tab: Time-Offs where the logged-in user can approve/deny
    2. Archived Tab: Time-Offs where the logged-in user approved/denied
    3. Trades
    4. Kelly Days
    5. Other Time Off Types




Negative Hours in Rankings
  1. You can now enter negative hours in Rankings (Personnel > Call Shifts > Rankings) to adjust rankings to align with agency's actual rank list.







Four Decimal Places on Pay Rates
  1. Pay Rates can now be entered to the fourth decimal place (ten-thousandths) (Personnel > Personnel List > Select a Person > Pay Rates).




Candidate Method Call Shift Notifications
  1. At the call shift deadline:
    1. The user(s) that are awarded the call shift receive a notification they have been awarded the shift.
    2. The user(s) that accepted the call shift, but not awarded the call shift receive a notification they have were not awarded the shift.
  2. NOTE: Notifications arrive via the method selected by the user in their profile (Select Name in Upper Right of Screen > Notifications)



New Recurrence Rules Added
  • 7 on / 7 off
  • 2 on / 5 off (48/120)
  • 1 on / 3 off / 1 on / 6 off / 1 on / 3 off / 1 on / 8 off
  • 1 on / 1 off / 1 on / 8 off / 1 on / 1 off / 1 on / 10 off

  • Added Canadian Fields
    1. We added multiple fields in Personnel > Personnel List > Select a person > Personnel Information for our Canadian customers.



    Added Agency ID Filter and Column
    1. In Personnel > Personnel List, we added Agency ID as a filter and column.




    Added New Values to Status Fields
    1. In Personnel > Personnel List, we added multiple values to the Status dropdown.




    Added New Fields to Personnel Record
    1. In Personnel > Personnel List, we added the following fields:
      1. Firefighter ID
      2. FEMA ID
      3. Payroll ID
      4. Driver's License Class




    Added Fields to Ad Hoc Reporting (Reports > Reports)
    1. Agency Personnel ID
    2. Payroll ID
    3. API ID
    4. Pay Rate


    Holdover Hours
    1. You can now add Holdover Hours to a user on the Shift Board (Personnel > Shift Board) to document holdover hours in addition to assigned hours.




    Off Roster Hours Settings
    1. In Personnel > Setup > Settings > Off Roster Settings, there is now a setting for managing Off Roster Hours. Here you can set whether Off Roster Hours are set by start and stop times OR by number of hours worked.




    Same Day Trades
    1. Now you can request same day trades (Personnel > Shift Trades).




    Time Off Deduct Hours Setting
    1. Local admins can now select whether time off hours are deducted "At Time of Use" or "At Time of Approval" (Personnel > Setup > Settings > Time Off Deduct Hours).




    Added Delete All Occurrences Permission
    1. In Admin > Roles > Select Role > Scheduling Permissions, we have added a permission "Shift Board - Delete All Occurrences" that is a separate permission from "Shift Board - Delete".
      This new permission enables the user to delete ALL occurrences of person's assignment, where as "Delete" only enables deletion of a single assignment.




    Added "30 Day" Calendar View for Time Off
    1. New calendar view enables approval/denial of Time Off requesst (w/approve/deny permission). If you don't have the approve/deny permission, you can view everyone's time off, but can only delete your own time off requests and approve/deny those specifically requested to you. You can also delete multiple time off requests using the "Delete Multiple" button. The colors on the calendar indicate the following:

      1. Green = Time Off Approved
      2. Red = Time Off Denied
      3. Gray = Time Off Pending
      4. Yellow = Response Pending
