New Features
1. Request Boards
What: Request Boards were created and setup that operate independently of the Restock/Global Restock Lists.
Why: Allows agencies to take "orders" or "requests" for inventory from their remote locations and allows the main inventory location to review, compile the order(s) and then notify the remote location the order is ready.
How: There are actions involved for the setup of Request Boards. For more information, please refer to the related article below:
There are also permissions that need to be granted to personnel to perform actions for their respective roles from the Assets Bucket.

2. Receive and Usage Logs for Asset Inventory
What: These logs track the receive and usage events within Inventory Management
Why: A need was identified for better tracking of these events.
How: The following permissions need to be assigned to personnel for their respective roles from the Assets bucket:
- Inventory Management Logs Read
- Restock List Read
- Usage Create
- Receive Inventory
Feature Enhancements
1. Autogenerate ID for new Equipment in Import Wizard.
What: The Import Wizard now automatically generates equipment IDs when not provided by the user in the import file.
Why: Some agencies needed help creating Equipment IDs.
How: The toggle for Autogenerate Equipment IDs must be enable in Assets/Setup/Settings and a value must be entered in the Next Equipment ID field
2. "Date Added" to Global restock List
What: A date added column has been included to the Global Restock List.
Why: This will allow agencies to track if items have been on the restock list for too long or unfulfilled order tracking.
How: There are no steps to enable this feature.
3. Expiration Date field in Inventory Received
What: Users are now able to add expiration dates directly in the received order for inventory items and have same applied to the item.
Why: A need was identified for agencies to be able to add expiration dates when receiving inventory items.
How: There are no steps to enable this feature.
4. Engine Hours in Fluid Log
What: Agencies are now able to document the Engine Hours when adding fluids to the apparatus.
Why: A need was identified for agencies to be able to input that data within this function.
How: There are no steps to enable this feature.
Fixes
1. Equipment importing multiples of same item or location.
We now handle special characters for locations, sublocations, and equipment names, which avoids duplicating the equipment or its import.
