New Features


1. Display Count Process of Med Kits in Apparatus/Station Checks

What:  If a Med Kit is assigned to a compartment/storage that is associated with an asset checklist and has a count scheduled it can be executed from inside an Apparatus Checklist.
Why:  This is part of the integration of Med Kits with Assets
How:  There are no steps required to set this up.





2.  Apparatus Import Wizard

What:  An import wizard has been implemented for Apparatus data.
Why:  To allow users to upload existing .CSV or Excel files containing their apparatus data.
How:  This is turned on by implementation for new customers.

Feature Enhancements


1. Work Order Summary from Checklist Question

What:  The Work Order process was updated so that Work Orders created from within a checklist will include the Checklist Question and Answer as the Work Order Summary.
Why:  To eliminate having to manually type those details in
How:  There are no steps required to set this up.




2.  OOS Toggle when editing Work Orders for Apparatus or Equipment

What:  In/Out of Service toggle was added inside submitted Work Orders for Apparatus and Equipment.
Why: Allows quick status changes for equipment and apparatus assets.
How: The user must have the proper permission, based on the asset type, in their Role










3.  Updated the Inventory Usage modal to a full page

What: Inventory Usage modal was updated to a full page.
Why: This is in preparation to support barcode scanning.
How: There are no steps required to set this up.




4.  Equipment Hours in record

What:  A field for “Equipment Hours” was added in the Equipment record page and was also added to searchable fields for Ad-hoc reporting.
Why:  A need was identified to allow agencies to track equipment hours.
How:  There are no steps required to set this up.
Use Case:  The ability to document the hours of equipment items during their use.




5.  Equipment Hours Import Wizard and Checks

What: The “Equipment Hours” field was added to the Import Wizard in the Equipment List as well as asset checklists for field update.
Why:  A need was identified to allow agencies to track equipment hours.
How:  There are no steps required to set this up.



         



6.  Equipment Log Update - Pass/Fail

What:  An entry is now added to the equipment log for items that are checked in a separate checklist.  This entry will include:
  1. The date and time of the check
  2. User that performed the check
  3. Pass/Fail status
  4. If a Work Order is created from the checklist item.
Why:  A need was identified to allow agencies to document inspections on Equipment without having to update separate inspections/checklists.
How:  There are no steps required to set this up.










7.  Bulk Actions - Work Order List

What:  A bulk operation was added to the Work Order List.
Why:  A need was identified for agencies to update certain work order fields as a bulk operation.
How:  There are no steps required to set this up, however, users need to have the Work Order Boards Update permission.
