1. Work Order Summary from Checklist Question
What: The Work Order process was updated so that Work Orders created from within a checklist will include the Checklist Question and Answer as the Work Order Summary.
Why: To eliminate having to manually type those details in

2. OOS Toggle when editing Work Orders for Apparatus or Equipment
What: In/Out of Service toggle was added inside submitted Work Orders for Apparatus and Equipment.
Why: Allows quick status changes for equipment and apparatus assets.
How: The user must have the proper permission, based on the asset type, in their Role
3. Updated the Inventory Usage modal to a full page
What: Inventory Usage modal was updated to a full page.
Why: This is in preparation to support barcode scanning.
How: There are no steps required to set this up.
4. Equipment Hours in record
What: A field for “Equipment Hours” was added in the Equipment record page and was also added to searchable fields for Ad-hoc reporting.
Why: A need was identified to allow agencies to track equipment hours.
How: There are no steps required to set this up.
Use Case: The ability to document the hours of equipment items during their use.
