Feature Enhancements
1. Daily Log Email Summary
- What: Daily Log record from the previous day can now be emailed the following morning at 9:00am.
- Why: Daily Log records were requested to be summarized each shift.
- How: Activities Module > Setup > Daily Log > Enter one or more email addresses
- Use Case: If an agency is using Daily Log to track something like Station Cleaning, then at 9am the next day the Daily Log from the previous shift is emailed to the oncoming Captain or a Station Officer to show what was cleaned. Work is now streamlined, tracked, and not unnecessarily repeated.

2. Multiple Event Types
- What: Ability to select more than one Event Type when creating an Event.
- Why: Agencies wanted to capture multiple data types for one event.
- How: Activities Module > Event List > Create Event > Event Types (select all that apply)
- Use Case: An agency has a pop-up safety check tent at a Community Event. They are checking car seats and blood pressure. Two different event types.
Fixes
- What: Once a Participant was added to an Event, they could not be removed.
- How: No change needed at this time. All accounts have been corrected.
- Use Case: Your agency created an Event last month with six Participants. One Participant is no longer able to attend, but the delete function was not working. The trash can icon is now working as expected and Participants can be removed from Events.
