Adding an Attachment to a Pre-Plan

Purpose

  1. To explain how to attach and manage files in a preplan using the Attachments Tab.

Process

  1. Once in edit mode for a Pre-Plan, select the Attachments Tab .

  2. Drag and drop files into the upload area or select "click to upload". When the dialog box opens, select the item(s) you'd like to attach to this preplan. If using a tablet or phone, selecting the upload area will open the mobile device's ability to upload files or use the camera.

     


      

IMPORTANT: The file extension types that are accepted are: pdf, doc, docx, ppt, pptx, png, jpg, gif

TIP: Name the file something easily identifiable (e.g., thirdfloor.pdf).


  1. To view an attachment from the pre-plan edit screen, select the Eye icon .




  1. To remove an attachment from the pre-plan, select  the Trash Can icon.



  1. To reorder how Attachments show in the dashboard, drag and drop the attachment.
