Info
The Pre-Plan Status can be found in several locations within the Pre-Plan Module:
  1. Pre-Plan Organizer
  2. My Assigned Pre-Plans
  3. Pre-Plan List

1. In Pre-Plan Organizer the Status is displayed in the Pre-Plan Statuses column.

2. In My Assigned Pre-Plans the Pre-Plan Status is displayed in the Pre-Plan Status column.

3. In the Pre-Plans List the Pre-Plan Status is displayed in the Status column.

4. There are 4 Statuses in First Due

  1. Draft: This "saves" the pre-plan to the users account without publishing it. The only users able to see the DRAFT updates to the pre-plan are the user or unit themselves or an administrator.
  2. Pending Approval: This is a status only visible to users with "Publish Permissions". When a user without publish permissions completes a pre-plan, they choose . This pre-plan now shows in the Pre-Plan Organizer of those users with Publish Permissions as Ready for Review. As part of the reviewing process, the reviewer has the ability to Publish the submission, Reject the submission and View or Edit the submission.

  3. Rejected: This status is displayed when a user with Publish Permissions has reviewed a pre-plan and found issues with it.
  4. Published: The pre-plan and the information submitted is a part of the pre-plan visible to all with access.
  5. Archived: The status of a prior version of the pre-plan before it was put into another status (It essentially shows how often it was edited and then published).

Status by Occupancy Markers

 - The occupancy marker without any markings represents an occupancy that has had no pre-plan information put into it.

 - The occupancy marker with the orange exclamation point represents an occupancy that has a pre-plan in the DRAFT status.

  - The occupancy marker with the red exclamation point represents an occupancy that has a pre-plan in the PUBLISHED status. Meaning it has additional information that has been added to it.
