The purpose of this Knowledge Base Article is to review and demonstrate how a user will create an Occupancy using data from Brycer - The Compliance Engine (TCE).
Special Notes
Requires an Integration between your Brycer account and First Due.
When a change is made in Brycer TCE, a real time push is sent to First Due via our API to sync the new data.
If the address in Brycer matches First Due, we will automatically sync the two addresses.
If the address in Brycer does not match, then the address will show up in Data Management> Places for Review. See instructions below.
If the address does exist on First Due and it just doesn’t match exactly with what is on Brycer: Deactivate and then change the address in Brycer to reflect what is in First Due. The data from Brycer will then push into First Due automatically once the addresses match.
You could also just change the address to match in Brycer and wait for the next push- the address should disappear from the "Places for Review" page as it will then sync automatically.
