Sending Shift Reminders

Purpose

  1. To explain how to send shift reminders. 
  2. Shift reminders can be sent when you've moved a individual to another assignment, allowing them a heads up of this move.

Directions

1. Navigate to Scheduling > Shift Board.





2. Determine who you want to send the reminder to and right click on their name. Select Send Reminder from the menu that appears.






3. A green confirmation box will appear in the lower left hand corner telling you that the message has been sent.

NOTE: Reminders are sent through the messaging system in First Due and can be delivered via:
    1. Phone Call 
    2. Text Message
    3. Email 
    4.  Push Notification
