Purpose 

  1. To explain how to view the history associated with a call shift.

Directions 

1. Click on Scheduling> Call Shifts.





2. At the top, we can navigate to the rankings list, as well as filter down the call shifts we see. We can filter down by:
  • Call Shift ID
  • Started On 
  • Status
  • Assignment
  • Qualifier





3. We can start a new call shift, as well as filter down the columns that we see.

4. We can see the status of call shifts.

5. We can view the details of a call shift by selecting the eye, or we can delete a call shift by selecting the trashcan.

6. When viewing the Call Shift history, you can see the details about the call shift, as well as who was contacted and their response.

7. Click on notes to see any notes associated with the call shift.

8. Here you can view any notes already associated with the call shift, as well as the ability to add a note.
