Manually Adjusting Call Shift Rankings

Purpose

  1. To explain how to manually adjust call shift rankings.

Directions

1. Click on Scheduling> Call Shifts.





2. Click on Ranking.

3. This qualifier is set up to show a rotating or seniority based list. 
To manually adjust a individual, select the four arrows and drag them into their new position.

4. When the individual has been moved, two reverse icons appear. 
  • The reverse icon next to Position reverses all manual adjustments made. 
  • The reverse icon next to the individual will reverse only their manual adjustment.

5. When you click one of the icons, a pop-up will appear asking if you are sure you want to delete the manual adjustment. If sure, click delete.

6. The firefighter qualifier is set up as a Hours Based list. You can still utilize the four arrows to change a users position, or you can adjust the hours associated by clicking the pencil.

7. When you are adjusting the hours, simply type in the new amount, any notes you want to add, and click save.

8. To view any previous hours added to a individual, click the eye.

9. Here, you will see the amount that was changed, the user who made the change, and when they made the change.
