Pre Planning Permissions
Purpose
- To provide descriptions on the various permissions related to the Pre Planning module.
Use the "Search Permission" field to quickly find a module’s permission(s)
Permissions for the Pre Planning Module
General Access Related Permissions
| My Assigned Pre-Plans | User can view Pre-Plans that are assigned to them or a team they are on |
| Pre-Plan Expiring Items | User can access the Expiring Items menu item and review expiring pre-plan unit information |
| Pre-Plan Organizer | User can access the Pre-Plan Organizer. |
| Edit Pre-plan Organizer | Users can assign pre-plans, change due dates, change pre-plan cycles and print occupancy data. |
| Pre-Plan Unit Categories | This permission should not be granted to any user. User can manage agencies Pre-Plan Unit categories |
| Pre-Plan Unit Types - Manage | Users can activate and inactivate First Due provided pre-plan unit (icons). Users with this permission can also add their own custom pre-plan units. |
| Pre-Plans - Edit | User can update existing pre-plan data on existing address points. |
| Location Not Shared - Edit | User has the ability to turn on or off the locations sharing with other jurisdictions |
Pre Plan Editing Related Permissions
| Pre-Plans - Edit | User can update existing pre-plan data on existing address points. |
| Pre-Plans - Delete All | User can delete any pre-plans |
| Pre-Plans - Delete Saved | User can delete saved pre-plan drafts |
| Pre-Plans - Publish | User can publish pre-plans. Without this permission, users can only save to Draft and submmit to review |
| Pre-Plans - Read | User can view pre-plans |
| Pre-Plans - Approve | Users can Approve or Deny Preplans found in pre-plan list or pre-plan organizer that others ask to review |
| Show Edit Pre-Plan link in Dispatch Popup | Users can see the Edit Pre-Plan button in Response Map when clicking on dispatch locations |
| Show Edit Pre-Plan link in Nearest Address Popup | Users can see edit preplan option when in nearest address pop-up |
| Show Pre-Plan link on Size-Up page | Users can see the Edit Pre-Plan icon next to the occupancy address in the Dashboard view |
| Annotation Color - Create | User can create an entry in the annotation color palette |
| Annotation Color - Update | User can modify an estabished entry from the annotation color palette |
| Annotation Color - Delete | User can delete an entry from the annotation color palette |
| Create new occupancy on the map | Users can double click on the Google pre-plan map to create a new address point with pre-plan information. |
| Update parcel key | Users can update the parcel number per address point. Most users do not need this permission. |
| Field Management - Read | Users can update occupancy detail lists |
| Field Management - Edit | Users can edit occupancy detail lists |
| Clone Primary Address | Users can create a secondary address (child) that clones info from the primary address |
| CAD Pre-Plan Review - FAC | level of approval for Cad plan review |
| CAD Pre-Plan Review - FMO | level of approval for Cad plan review |
| CAD Pre-Plan Review - OPS | level of approval for Cad plan review |
| CAD Pre-Plan Review - Read | See the list of CAD plan review |
| Change Address Status | Users can change the status of an address from active to inactive |
| Change Primary Address | Users can change the parent/child status of an address |
| Create New Occupancy Outside Area | Users an create a new occupancy outside of their FPD |
| Create Parcel key | Users will have the ability to create a parcel key |
Pre-Plan Administration Related Permissions
| Edit Occupancy Local ID | Ability to edit the Local Id on Occupancy data |
| Field Management - Manage Permissions | Ability to access to Field Management |
| Manage Preplan Contact Types | Ability to add a new contact type |
| Places - Move Pin Location | Users can move "little green house" icon via the preplan map (edit preplan) |
| Pre-Plans - Manage Life Hazard Registration Number | Users will have the ability to manage the life hazard registration number (NEW JERSEY SPECIFIC) |
| Pre-Plans - Manage Life Hazard Use | Users will have the ability to manage the Life Hazard Use (NEW JERSEY SPECIFIC) |
| Allow Edit Premise Code | Edit the premission code on Occupancy data |
| View Occupancy Data Report | Ability to print a report from ocupancy data |
| Calculate Needed Fire Flow - Button | User has the ability to auto-calculate the needed fire flow of a occupancy |
| Calculate Risk Assessment - Button | User has the ability to auto-calculate the risk assesment of a occupancy |
