Admin Module Permissions
Purpose
- To explain permissions related to the Admin module.
Admin Permissions
Located in Admin Permissions Table
End-User Related Permissions
| Require password on sign out | Can require a password to be entered when a user signs out |
| Account - Update | User can update their personal account settings |
| Account - Update Dispatch Notification Settings | User can update the Dispatch Notification Setting for themselves and others in the department. |
| Allow User Switching Account | User can store multiple account credentials against their account for switching between different department accounts |
Administrator Related Permissions
| Users - Create | User can create new user profiles |
| Users - Read | User can view the Users list |
| Users - Update | User can update other user profiles |
| Users - Delete | User can delete other users from the system |
| User Uploads | User can upload a file of Users to the system |
| Users - Update text message (SMS) sending status | User can update whethter to allow others to receive dispatches via text |
| Users - Update user status | User can update the status of users |
| Data Sharing | User can access and allow data sharing to other departments |
| Auth History - Delete | User can delete authintication history logs |
| Users - Force User Logout | User can force other users to be logged out |
| Custom Reports | User can create custom reports |
| Alert Tiles | User can access and edit Alert Tiles |
| Battalions/Departments | User can edit Battalions/Departments information |
| Firefighter Titles | User can add/edit Firefighter Titles |
| Fire Stations | User can add/edit/delete fire stations |
| Roles | User can adjust roles given to other users |
Apparatus Related Permissions
| Apparatus Archive | User can archive apparatus from the apparatus list |
| Apparatus Create | User can create apparatus in the Apparatus list |
| Apparatus List Saved Views - Create | User can create a saved view in the apparatus list |
| Apparatus Delete | User can delete apparatus |
| Apparatus List Saved Views - Delete | User can delete apparatus saved views |
| Apparatus Read | User can view existing Apparatus |
| Apparatus List Saved Views - Read | User can view existing apparatus saved views |
| Apparatus Update | User can update apparatus information |
| Apparatus List Saved Views - Update | User can update Apparatus Saved Views |
Form Layout Permissions
| Form Layouts - Create | User can create a custom form layout for list views |
| Form Layouts - Delete | User can delete form layout views |
| Form Layouts - Read | User can view existing form layouts |
| Form Layouts - Update | User can update existing form layouts |
IP Address Permissions
| User Registered IP Address - Approve | User can approve IP addresses that individuals request to use. |
| User Registered IP Address - Create | User can create new IP address approvals for users manually. |
| User Registered IP Address - Delete | User can delete IP addresses in the list. |
| User Registered IP Address - Read | User can view the list of IP addresses. |
| User Registered IP Address - Update | User can update existinng IP address records. |
Located in Others Permission Table
| Allow mobile app sign in | User can access the First Due mobile application using their username/password for their agency |
