Admin Module Permissions

Purpose

  1. To explain permissions related to the Admin module.
     


Admin Permissions

Located in Admin Permissions Table



Account - UpdateUser can update their personal account settings
Account - Update Dispatch Notification SettingsUser can update the Dispatch Notification Setting for themselves and others in the department. 
Allow User Switching AccountUser can store multiple account credentials against their account for switching between different department accounts

Users - CreateUser can create new user profiles
Users - ReadUser can view the Users list
Users - UpdateUser can update other user profiles
Agency SetupUser can access the agency setup section 
User UploadsUser can upload a file of Users to the system
Users - Update text message (SMS) sending statusUser can update whethter to allow others to receive dispatches via text
Users - Update user statusUser can update the status of users
Data SharingUser can access and allow data sharing to other departments
Auth History - DeleteUser can delete authintication history logs
Users - Force User LogoutUser can force other users to be logged out
Custom ReportsUser can create custom reports
Alert TilesUser can access and edit Alert Tiles
Battalions/DepartmentsUser can edit Battalions/Departments information
Firefighter TitlesUser can add/edit Firefighter Titles
Fire StationsUser can add/edit/delete fire stations
RolesUser can adjust roles given to other users

Apparatus ArchiveUser can archive apparatus from the apparatus list
Apparatus CreateUser can create apparatus in the Apparatus list
Apparatus List Saved Views - CreateUser can create a saved view in the apparatus list
Apparatus DeleteUser can delete apparatus
Apparatus List Saved Views - DeleteUser can delete apparatus saved views
Apparatus ReadUser can view existing Apparatus
Apparatus List Saved Views - ReadUser can view existing apparatus saved views

Form Layout Permissions

Form Layouts - CreateUser can create a custom form layout for list views
Form Layouts - DeleteUser can delete form layout views
Form Layouts - ReadUser can view existing form layouts
Form Layouts - UpdateUser can update existing form layouts

IP Address Permissions

User Registered IP Address - ApproveUser can approve IP addresses that individuals request to use.
User Registered IP Address - CreateUser can create new IP address approvals for users manually. 
User Registered IP Address - DeleteUser can delete IP addresses in the list. 
User Registered IP Address - ReadUser can view the list of IP addresses.
User Registered IP Address - UpdateUser can update existinng IP address records. 


Field Management Permissions

Field Management - ReadUser can read the Field Management section of Admin
Field Management - EditUser can edit and create new field management rules
Field Management - Manage Permissions User can set which roles will have the permission to Read or Update fields
