This will be the first step in a complete user interface update across the First Due platform. 



Release Details

  • September 16th 
    • Early Access Preview: 
      First Due's Next-Generation ePCR will be available by accessing in your First Due test environment for 4-6 weeks. Take this opportunity to explore the new interface, trial new features, and get your team comfortable with the new look and feel for a seamless transition.

  • September 17th- October 1st
    • Training Webinars: In the coming weeks we will work on updating the ePCR training materials. In the meantime, you can participate in live First Due Academy training webinars to ask questions and learn more about the new interface and features.
  • October 28th
    • Official Release Date: Mark your calendar for the launch of First Due's Next Generation ePCR. On October 28th, the new ePCR will be available and live in your First Due account. 


Accessing your Test Environment

Accessing the Test Environment. To access the test environment, please Navigate to test.firstdue.com.

Login. Use your existing user credentials for First Due to access the test environment.

Explore. Once logged in, take your time to explore the new user interface, dive into new features, and familiarize yourself with the new look and feel of Next-Generation ePCR.

 When using a tablet or phone please use a web-based browser NOT the First Due Mobile App.
