Purpose

  1. The purpose of this article is to assist with the Wrap Up section when completing a fire report.

​Directions


1. From the Wrap Up section select the Narratives or Signatures tab.

2. From the Narratives tab you are able to document you Department Narrative.
  1. If your agency has Templates created you are able to Use Template.

3. Also from the Narrative tab you can document any Incident Impediment.

4. From the Signature section you are able to set the Officer in charge along with the Member completing the report.

5. Select the +Add to in either the Officer in charge or the Member completing report.





6. From the dropdown you are able to select who is the officer in charge then select Save.

7. From the Member completing report dropdown select who is completing and if you agency requires signature then they can add their signature. Select Save when completed.
