1. Navigate to the Information section and then select the Information tab.
2. The Information subsection is a dynamic area and fields will reflect choices made from the Primary Incident Type found within the Response section.
3. Document pertinent information using the dropdown view.
- There are two fields that are multi select:
- Suppression Appliance
- Investigation Type Needed
4. Or document information using the list view by selecting on the icon.
- For multiselect fields select all that are needed then select Apply for the list view, when using the dropdown view select your choices then outside the area to apply.
5. Using the dropdown or list view for single select fields, click on the most appropriate choice to answer that field.
- Single select fields:
- Water supply
- Extent of Fire Involvement on Arrival
- Fire Extension
- Fire Damage
- Room of Origin
- Investigation Needed
- Structure Cause of Ignition
- Outside Fire Cause of Ignition
6. There are two possible integer fields to document.
- Floor of Origin
- Total Acres Burned
7. The More than 1 Acre burned is a toggle to indicate True/False, Yes/No .
8. Within the Information tab you are also able to document Fire Prevention information.
- Fire Prevention areas to document:
- Presence of Detectors
- Alarm Systems
- Sprinkler Systems
- Cooking Fire Suppression
- Hazardous Situation.
9. Again you are able to document pertinent Fire Prevention information using either the dropdown or list view.
10. Multi select fields include Detector Type, Sprinkler Type, and Cooking Fire Suppression Type.
11. If this was a Hazardous incident then document the number of Hazmat Materials involved.
12. If Evacuation is Needed then document the number evacuated within the Hazsit Evacuated field.

Hazsit (Hazardous Situation) Evacuated - areas that have been evacuated.
13. Document the Outcome using the dropdown/list view.
14. To document any chemicals involved select the +Add button.
15. From the Chemical modal document pertinent information.
16. Once chemicals have been added you are able to edit or remove them within the Actions column.
