1. From the Information section select on the Information tab.
2. From within the Information you are able to document pertinent information.
- Floor along with Room of Origin.
- If an investigation is needed then the type of investigation needed.
- The Structure Cause of Ignition.
- If more than 1 Acre is burned enable the toggle and document the total acres burned.
3. The Fire Prevention area within Information allows you to document any prevention details.
- If there were the Presence of Detectors and the the Detector Type.
- The Smoke Alarm Operation Action.
- The Presence of AES along with the type of AES.
- The Fire Suppression Operation.
4. If this was a Hazardous incident then document the number of Hazmat Materials involved.
5. If Evacuation is Needed then document the number evacuated within the Hazsit Evacuated field.
6. Document the Outcome using the dropdown/list view.
7. To document the chemicals involved select the +Add button.
8. From the Chemical modal document pertinent information.
9. Once chemicals have been added you are able to edit or remove them within the Actions column.
