Purpose

  1. The purpose of this article is to assist with adding attachments to your fire report.

Directions


1. Within a fire incident report navigate to the Attachments section.

2. Selecting the Take a Photo will access your devices camera to begin adding photos.

3. Once your device allows First Due to access your camera you are able to select the camera icon to begin taking photos, or flip camera view.

4. Selecting the +Add button you will allow you to upload documents, images, or files to the fire incident report.





5. After selecting the +Add button will populate a modal that allows you to select within the area to add a document or you can drag and drop the document into the area.
  1. Notice the files along with what formats can be uploaded  and the limit per document is up to 64MB.





6. Once a document has been uploaded you are able to view, remove, add additional, or if satisfied select Save.

7. Once documents are added from the Actions column you are able to view or delete.
  1. To view select the pencil icon, to remove select the trash can icon.

8. To bulk delete attachments use the check box to select which attachments to delete then select the trash can icon.

9. When deleting attachments a modal will populate to delete existing data, select Yes, delete to confirm.
