My Shifts Overview

Purpose

  1. To explain the general navigation of the My Shifts Calendar.

Directions


1. Click on Scheduling> My Shifts.






2. At the top, you can change between a Monthly and Weekly view.

3. Clicking the arrow allows you to jump month by month or week by week.

4. Any time you come off the current month or week, the Today button will turn blue and allows you to return to the current month or week.

5. The My Shifts calendar has different styles for the days that you appear on it. See below for a legend.
  1. Work Shifts.
  2. Availability based on assignment.
  3. Unavailability.
  4. Time Off.
  5. Availability.
  6. Off Roster.

6. Clicking the calendar icon will take you to that day on the shift board.
