Directions
1. Click on Scheduling > Shift Board.
2. Click on the pencil next to a user who will be moving to another shift.
3. Type in the date that the individual will be removed from the current schedule.
4. Determine if future trades and time offs will be kept or deleted.
5. Click on Shift Movement. This allows you to:
Choose a assignment.
Choose a rotation.
Set a From and Until Date.
Of the new rotation the user will be placed onto.
Click Save when done.
6. Go to the Start Date that you placed for the individual, and you will see them in the new position.
