Purpose

  1. To provide descriptions on the various permissions related to the Mobile App.
Use the "Search Permission" field to quickly find a module’s permission(s)




Mobile App Permissions 

Located in Admin 

Allow User Switching Account User can store multiple account credentials against their account for switching between different department accounts
User Prefrences - UpdateAllows users to access the User Prefrences in the First Due app
Account - Update Dispatch Notification SettingsAllows users to filter calls down in their Account Settings.

Allow to Respond to Mobile IncidentsAllows user to utilize response buttons 
Allow mobile app sign inAllows user to login to the First Due App
Create dispatch from mobileAllows user to create dispatches and messages on the mobile app
Enable offline preplans downloadAllows user to download preplan data in a offline format
Manage responder statusesAllows user to manage the responder statuses (buttons)
First Due size up by address (default)Allows user to access the Dashboard on Occupancies
Read Dispatch Call NotesUser can read dispatch call notes
Responder Map - Show Unit TrackingUser can toggle on or off unit tracking on the map
