To help guide users with navigating and opening the Latest Incidents in the Mobile App.

Accessing Incidents
Open First Due Mobile App, then select the Incidents icon located in the lower left corner of your device.
Navigating the Latest Incidents
NOTE: Incidents will only be displayed for 24 hours after the incident.
All Calls, if a user has filtered or limited the amount of notifications they receive, turning this on will bypass the filters and display all incidents from the previous 24 hours.
From the Incident list users can perform three actions:
Swipe right on the incident gives user the option to hide that incident by selecting the icon.
Swipe left on the incident gives user the option to be taken to the map view by selecting the icon.
Tapping the incident opens the Incidents detail page.

Located at the top of the page to the left of Incidents is a back arrow, this returns the user to latest incidents.
Located at the top of the page to the right of Incidents is an , this returns the user to the map view.

Map view will start with the incident icon centered, but if incident becomes uncentered touch the icon to center the incident.
Quick route icon, will bring user to a third party mapping. (i.e. Google or Apple maps depending on device.)
Calculate Route, overview of the route still within the First Due Program.
Call History, an overview of dispatch notes and that occupancies call history.
Dashboard, accesses Size-up Dashboard with the Pre-Plan information.
Edit Pre-Plan, allows user to enter Edit Pre-Plan mode.
Bottom of the page is Building Story, Units, Incident details and any status logs.
