Medication Permissions
Purpose
- To provide descriptions on the various permissions related to the Medication module.
Helpful: Permissions listed below are separated into groups. Utilize the Table of contents to easily navigate to each of those groups.
Use the "Search Permission" field to quickly find a module’s permission(s)

Medication Permissions
Kit Setup Permissions
| Medication Kit Setup - Archive | Allows the user to Archive an existing Med Kit |
| Medication Kit Setup - Create | Allows the user to add a new Med Kit |
| Medication Kit Setup - Delete | Allows the user to delete a Med Kit |
| Medication Kit Setup - List | Allows the user to view the Med Kit list within Setup page |
| Medication Kit Setup - Update | Allows the user to edit/update an existing Med Kit |
Medication Setup Permissions
| Medication Setup - Active Form | Allows users to edit the default form that displays in the UI |
| Medication Setup - Create | Allows the user to Create a new Medication |
| Medication Setup - Delete | Allows the user to delete a Medication |
| Medication Setup - List | Allows the user to view the Medications list |
| Medication Setup - Notifications | Allows the user to manage Notifications |
| Medication Setup - Settings | Allows the user to manage Settings with the Setup page |
| Medication Setup - Update | Allows the user to edit/update an existing Medications |
| Medication Setup - Count Scheduler | User can set a schedule for when medications should be counted |
| Medication Signature - Setup | User can access the signature sertup section. |
Medication Kits/Supply Permissions
| Medication Supply - List | Allows the user to view the list of Medications with Med Supply |
| Med Kits - VIEW | Gives the user access to Med Kits area |
| Med Kits - View OOS | Allows the user to view OOS Med Kits (toggle) |
Medication Inventory Permissions
| Meds - COUNT | Allows the user to complete a COUNT |
| Meds - RECEIVE | Allows the user to complete the RECEIVE process |
| Meds - REMOVE | Allows the user to remove Meds from a Med Kit |
| Meds - TRANSFER | Allows the user to Transfer Medications from location to location |
| Meds - USAGE | Allows the user to complete the USAGE process |
| Meds - View Seal Numbers | Allows user to view seal numbers assigned to sealed Med Kit |
| Med Log Event - Reverse | User can reverse medication log entries |
| Medication - Log Read | Gives the user access to Medication Log |
| Medication - View Dashboard | User can access the Medication Dashboard |
