Med Kits: Overview

Purpose:

  1. To explain the features and functionality of the Med Kits section within the Medications Module.

Directions

1. Navigate to Medications -> Med Kits.






2. The Med Kit Panel on the left side will display a list of all Med Kits for the department.

3. Select a Med Kit to display.

4. This area displays the medication types, amounts, and expiration dates inside of the kit. Click on a medication name to see detailed information.

5. The banner across the top displays the Kit Name, the most recent inventory count date, the last user to perform an inventory count, and current seal information if applicable.

6. Click on the list icon to change to a list view.

7. Use the action buttons to make changes within the kit or document a count.

8. Use filter tools across the top to find specific units within the kit.

9. Toggle Show Kits OOS to display any kits designated as "out of service".
