Med Kit List - Duplicating a Med Kit

Purpose

  1. The purpose of this article is to assist you in the ability to duplicate existing Medication Kits.

Directions

1. Navigate to Medications module then select on Med Kit List.

2. From the Actions column select on the Duplicate icon from the kit you wish to copy.

3. From the Duplicate Kit modal you are able to duplicate a kit up to 20 times.

Each duplicate will require a Kit ID and Kit Name. The Location is optional but you are able to assign where the duplicated kit will be located.

4. Once all information is entered select Save.

If any required information is missing you will receive a pop-up warning in the upper right corner of your screen.


Once all information is entered select Save.



5. You can now see in the Med Kit List the new duplicated kit.

Duplicated kits will duplicate the In Service Date, all general information along with pouches and medications associated to those pouches.


You can now see in the Med Kit List the new duplicated kit.
