Charging a Call Shift User moves them on the rankings list, but does not award them the Call Shift. You are moving them on the rankings list, without requiring them to work.
Important: The Allow Manual Charging feature must be turned on in Scheduling>Setup> Call Shift Rules> Settings.

1. Starting from within a call shifts history, we can see that the individual who accepted the call shift has been charged.
This can vary depending on how your department has individuals move on the Rankings lists.
2. To charge an individual, select the plus sign.
3. Click on Charge. The individual will then be charged and move on the rankings list.
4. To uncharge a individual, select the minus sign in the actions column.
5. Click on Uncharge. They will not receive any ranking change for the call shift.
