Managing Secondary Addresses from the Pre-Plans Organizer

Purpose

  1. To explain how to manage secondary addresses from the Pre-Plan Organizer

PERMISSIONS: To manage secondary addresses from the Pre-Plan Organizer, a user must have the following permissions:

    



Navigation

  1. Navigate to Pre-Planning > Pre-Plan Organizer.




  2. Search for the desired occupancy you wish to make a secondary (child) address.




  3. Select the   in the Parent/Child column.




  4. Enter the address of the parent (primary) occupancy you wish to associate this occupancy with.

  5. Select Change. Nice Job! You've just added a secondary address.







Removing a Secondary Address

  1. To remove the secondary address, search for the desired occupancy using Advanced Search

    IMPORTANT: Ensure the Show Secondary Places box is checked so secondary addresses will appear in your search results.





  2. Select the   in the Parent/Child column.




  3. Select No Parent/Child to remove the relationship to the primary occupancy.





  4. That occupancy is now a primary address. Good work!
