Pre-Plans: Managing Secondary Addresses

Purpose

  1. To explain how to manage secondary addresses from the Pre-Plan Organizer
PERMISSIONS: To manage secondary addresses from the Pre-Plan Organizer, a user must have the following permissions:

Directions

1.  Navigate to Pre-Planning > Pre-Plan Organizer.






2.  Search for the desired occupancy you wish to make a secondary (child) address.






3.  Select the   in the Parent/Child column.






4.  Enter and then select the address of the Parent (Primary) Occupancy you wish to associate this Child (Secondary) Occupancy with.

5.  Select Change to  confirm the change.






6.  The address is now assigned to the Parent Address





Removing a Secondary Address

1.  Select the   in the Parent/Child column.

2. Select No Parent to remove the relationship to the primary occupancy.




​

3. That occupancy is now a primary address. Good work!
