Exporting Authorized Reports from the Fire Incident List

Purpose

  1. To help navigate the Fire Incident List in filtering for Authorized reports to be exported.

Directions

1. Navigate to the Fire incident List.

2. Select the Edit button from the Advanced Search Menu.

3. Pending on screen size you may need to click on the Expand tab to locate the Status field.

4. From the Status dropdown locate and select Authorized.

Only Authorized Incidents can be exported.

5. Click on Apply to then search for Authorized incidents.

6. You can export a single Incident by selecting the open box to the left of the Incident.

7. To select multiple Incidents for export select the open box at the top of the column.

8. Once authorized incidents have been selected click on Export.
