Instructions

  1. Navigate to Assets > Kit List.

  2. From the Actions column, select the Duplicate Icon  next to the kit that is to be duplicated.

  3. Select the number of duplicate kits to create.

Note:  Duplication of a kit will create the kit, its pouches, and add inventory items from the selected kit.  Equipment items will NOT be duplicated.  Unlike inventory, equipment items have a unique identifier thus preventing them from being assigned to multiple places simultaneously.  Inventory quantities will be set to "0" and must be updated from within the kit itself.

  4. Create a unique Kit Identifier for each new kit and assign them to their respective locations.

  5. When finished, click Save.

  6.   Once saved, the new duplicated kits will now be accessible in the Kit List view.

Note: The kit name will also be duplicated during this process.  To rename the new kits, simply click the pencil icon  in the actions column and rename the selected kit.

  7. To update inventory quantities and add equipment to the new kits.  Click on the kit name.  This will redirect to the Kit Checks view of the specified kit.

  8. To edit the contents of the kit click the expansion icon    in the Pouches row.

  9.  Once expanded, click the edit icon   in the row of the pouch that is to be edited.

  10. Adjust inventory quantities and add equipment as needed.  The kit can also be added to a checklist from within this view.  Once complete, click Save.
