Kit List: Editing a Kit

Purpose

  1. The purpose of this article is to inform users how to edit an existing kit in the First Due system.
Warning:  This process allows users to modify the kit's name, grouping, ID, assignment, and status. Contents and pouches CANNOT be managed by editing a kit. Pouches and Contents must be managed in the Kit Checks View.

1. Click on Assets.

2. Click on Kit List.

3. Locate the kit that is to be edited.

Info:  Clicking on the blue kit name hyperlink will redirect users to that kit's Kit Checks view where pouches and the kit's contents can be managed. 



4. Click on the Edit icon in the Actions column.

5. Make the necessary changes.

6. Click on Save.
