How to Fix an Issue Displaying PDFs

Issue: 

12/8/23 - First Due has updated our PDF viewer tool. Some users may experience an issue rendering PDFs or PDFs may display unexpected characters. Resetting your device's cache or reinstalling the First Due application will fix this issue. 

Resolution: 

If you are experiencing issues displaying a PDF, follow these steps to correct this issue:

Web Browsers: 
  1. Restart computer
  2. Clear browser cache
    1. Steps to clear Cache in Chrome
    2. Steps to clear Cache in Edge
    3. Steps to clear Cache in Safari
For iOS devices:
  1. Log out from the app.
  2. Delete (uninstall) the app
  3. Restart the device (Phone or Tablet)
  4. Clear the browser (Safari) cache
    1. Go to Settings > Safari > Advanced > Website Data.
    2. Tap Remove All Website Data.
  5. Install the app
  6. Log into the app and proceed to the Report.
