Invoice Permissions

Purpose

  1. To provide descriptions on the various permissions related to the Invoice module.
Helpful: Permissions listed below are separated into groups. Utilize the Table of contents to easily navigate to each of those groups.



Use the "Search Permission" field to quickly find a module’s permission(s)



Invoice Permissions

Fee Schedule – CreateUser can create a line item in the fee schedule
Fee Schedule – DeleteUser can delete a line item in the fee schedule
Fee Schedule – ReadUser has access to the Fee Schedule
Fee Schedule – UpdateUser can make updates to existing fee schedule line items
Fee Schedule - ImportUser can import a Fee Schedule
Fee Schedule – Create Billable CategoryUser can add new billable categories in the fee schedule
Fee Schedule – Update Billable CategoryUser can make updates to existing fee schedule billable categories
Fee Schedule – Delete Billable CategoryUser can delete billable categories in the fee schedule
Fee Schedule – Create Billable Category TypeUser can add new billable category types in the fee schedule
Fee Schedule – Delete Billable Category TypeUser can delete billable category types in the fee schedule
Fee Schedule – Update Billable Category TypeUser can make updates to existing fee schedule billable category types
General Ledger Code - CreateUser can create a general ledger code while editing a line item in the Fee Schedule
General Ledger Code - UpdateUser can update a general ledger code while editing a line item in the Fee Schedule
General Ledger Code - DeleteUser can delete a general ledger code while editing a line item in the Fee Schedule
Invoice-CreateUser can create a new invoice
Invoice-DeleteUser can delete existing invoices
Invoice-ReadUser has access to Invoice List menu item and can read invoices
Invoice  - Void User can Void invoices
Invoice-Reopen a closed invoiceUser has ability to "unlock" an invoice that has been finalized
Invoice-SetupUser has access to Invoice Setup menu items related to email and invoice forms
Invoice-UpdateUser can edit existing invoices
Invoice - Apply E-PaymentThis will give the user access to the customer-facing invoice page to pay the invoice
Team - CreateUser can create teams that are associated with Fire Prevention activities: Inspections/Pre-Plans
Team - ReadUser can delete fire prevention teams
Team - UpdateUsers can access fire prevention team information on a read-only basis
Team - DeleteUsers can edit existing fire prevention team information
