Inspection Permissions
Purpose
- To provide descriptions on the various permissions related to the inspections module.
Helpful: Permissions listed below are separated into groups. Utilize the Table of contents to easily navigate to each of those groups.

Inspection Permissions
User Related Permissions
| My Fire Inspections - Read | User can read the list in My Fire Inspections |
| Can be assigned to inspections | User can be assigned to a Fire Inspection |
Code Organizer Related Permissions
| Code Organizer - Create | User can add a new code to code organizer |
| Code Organizer - Delete | User can delete a code from code organizer |
| Code Organizer - Read | User can view the code organizer |
| Code Organizer - Update | User can edit codes in the code organizer |
Permit Related Permissions
| FD Permits - Archived | User can view archived permits |
| FD Permits - Create | User can create permits |
| FD Permits - Delete | User can delete permits |
| FD Permits - Read | User can view permits |
| FD Permits - Update | User can update permits |
| FD Permits - Update Dates | User can update dates in permits that have a status of Approved, Renewal Approved, Active, and Expired |
| FD Permit Status - Manage | User can manage existing permit statuses |
| FD Permit Types - Manage | User can manage existing permit types |
| FD Permit Types - Create | User can create permit types |
| FD Permit Types - Delete | User can delete permit types |
| FD Permit Types - Read | User can read permit types |

| Fire Inspections - Create | User can create/schedule a new Fire Inspection |

| Fire Inspections - Read | User can view the inspection report |
| Fire Inspections - Edit | User can edit an inspection |
| Fire Inspections - Bulk Modify Scheduled | User can change the scheduled inspections in bulk |
| Inspection Organizer List | User has access to the Inspections Organizer and can perform all update functions |
| Inspection - Backdate | User can backdate the "Schedule At" and "Time" in an in-progress inspection |
| Contacts - Edit Contact After Complete Inspection | User can edit the contact information of a completed Fire Inspection |
| Contacts - Add Contact After Complete Inspection | User can add contact after inspection has been marked complete |
| Fire Inspections - Import Fire Inspection Codes | User can import codes into the Code Organizer using a spreadsheet |
| Bulk Email Completed Inspections | User can send completed inspections from the Fire Inspection List in bulk |
| Fire Inspections - Violations List | User has access to the Violation List menu item and can view all inspection violations |
| Fire Inspection Saved View - Read | User can view the Fire Inspection List Saved Views |

| Fee Schedule - Create | User can create a line item in the fee schedule |
| Fee Schedule - Delete | User can delete a line item in the fee schedule |
| Fee Schedule - Read | User has access to the Fee Schedule |
| Fee Schedule - Update | User can make updates to existing fee schedule line items |
| Fee Schedule - Import | User can import a Fee Schedule |
| Fee Schedule - Create Billable Category | User can add new billable categories in the fee schedule |
| Fee Schedule - Update Billable Category | User can make updates to existing fee schedule billable categories |
| Fee Schedule - Delete Billable Category | User can delete billable categories in the fee schedule |
| Fee Schedule - Create Billable Category Type | User can add new billable category types in the fee schedule |
| Fee Schedule - Delete Billable Category Type | User can delete billable category types in the fee schedule |
| Fee Schedule - Update Billable Category Type | User can make updates to existing fee schedule billable category types |
General Ledger Code Related Permissions
| General Ledger Code - Create | User can create a general ledger code while editing a line item in the Fee Schedule |
| General Ledger Code - Update | User can update a general ledger code while editing a line item in the Fee Schedule |
| General Ledger Code - Delete | User can delete a general ledger code while editing a line item in the Fee Schedule |
Invoice Related Permissions
| Invoice - Create | User can create a new invoice |
| Invoice - Delete | User can delete existing invoices |
| Invoice - Read | User has access to Invoice List menu item and can read invoices |
| Invoice - Void | User can Void invoices |
| Invoice - Reopen a closed invoice | User has ability to "unlock" an invoice that has been finalized |
| Invoice - Setup | User has access to Invoice Setup menu items related to email and invoice forms |
| Invoice - Update | User can edit existing invoices |
| Invoice - Apply E-Payment | This will give the user access to the customer-facing invoice page to pay the invoice |
| Invoice Saved View - Create | User can create Invoice Saved views |
| Invoice Saved View - Delete | User can delete Invoice saved views |
| Invoice Saved View - Read | User can view Invoice saved views |
| Invoice Saved View - Update | User can edit existing Invoice saved views |
Occupancy/Preplan Related Permissions
| Occupancy Record | User can access and edit ORs from address hyperlinks in the Pre-Plan and Inspections Organizer |
| Edit Occupancy Address | User can edit the Occupancy Address in the Occupancy Record |
| Inspection-Preplan - Publish | User can click on "Pre-Plan Reviewed" while conducting an inspection and publish the pre-plan |
Fire Prevention Team Related Permissions
| Team - Create | User can create teams that are associated with Fire Prevention activities: Inspections/Pre-Plans |
| Team - Read | User can delete fire prevention teams |
| Team - Update | Users can access fire prevention team information on a read-only basis |
| Team - Delete | Users can edit existing fire prevention team information |

| Field Management - Manage Complex Name | Allows user to manage complex names |
| Field Management - Manage Occupancy Class | Allows user to select occupancy class |
