Go into the Hydrant Service Results page by following Reports > Hydrants.
A list of all Hydrants will come up. Customize the report you wish to create by selecting Advanced Search and selecting the Service Date and/or Hydrant Zone

After displaying the Hydrants you wish to be included in the report, select the download icon
This will download a csv file that contains all of the information from the hydrant service checks specified.
