Hydrant Work Orders: General Navigation

Purpose

  1. The purpose of this article is to inform users how to navigate Work Order Boards in the First Due Hydrants Module.

Directions

1. Navigate to Hydrants and select Hydrant Work Order Boards.

2. Use the Service Board dropdown to select the appropriate work order board.

3. Using the Sort By dropdown you can then sort by Date, Priority, Hydrant Name and Work Order Number.

4. This icon will then sort in ascending / descending order of the Sort By selection.






5. To begin a new work order, click on the New Work Order button.

6. Work Orders appear in their respective status columns. Work orders can be manipulated on the board by selecting the work order tile and dragging it to a new location.

7. The action icons in the work order tile will allow users to view, edit or delete/archive the selected work order.
