Business Portal - How to create an ITM Report

Purpose: 

To demonstrate how to create an ITM Report within the Business Portal.



Instructions:

1. Click on "Add ITM".


Click on Add ITM



2. Type in address you are servicing.

3. Click on "Add" to begin report entry.


Click on Add to begin submission



4. Enter Service Date.


Enter Service Date



5. Enter Next Service Date.


Enter Next Service Date



6. Enter internal ITM Occupancy ID Number and/or System ID if applicable.





7. Select type of Service from dropdown.

Type of Service list is managed by local Fire Department having jurisdiction

8. Select Type of System from dropdown list.

9. Select Status of System.

10. Provide Property Contact name and information.

11. Provide a Comment.

12. Click on "Add" to include attachment.


Click on Add to include attachment.



13. Click "Add Systems" button to create ITM Report.

Notes
This will create an ITM report. Submission of report to AHJ is a separate action
