Purpose

  1. To demonstrate the use and navigation of the Heat Map report.

Directions

1. Navigate to Reports -> Incidents -> Heat Map.






2. Click on Advanced Search and set report parameters for the map to display.

3. Filter by Date, Incident Type Found, or Dispatched Incident Type.
