Managing Events
What is the purpose of Activity Types?
Activity Types are for those agencies using a LOSAP or other programs that awards points, stipends, or pay for attending events, trainings or responding to calls. An agency can create these activity types to use in tracking within the Incident Documentation, Training or Activities modules.
What is the best practice in managing event sign ups?
From the Activities Log > Calendar view locate the event to manage and when selected a popup will appear, select the eye icon that will then navigate you to the Event List where you then can edit that event by selecting the pencil icon. Once in the Event navigate to Participants tab to manage all request.
