The Inspections Signature Block in Form Builder enables users to add customizable signature sections to inspection forms within the Invoicing Module. This feature streamlines the documentation process by allowing inspectors, occupancy contacts, and vendors to digitally sign forms directly within the First Due Platform, ensuring proper authorization and compliance documentation for inspection workflows.
Background Information
The Inspections Signature Block is a specialized form component designed specifically for inspection-related documentation within the Fire/EMS industry. This block type supports multiple signature categories including occupancy contacts, inspector credentials, vendor information, and custom signature fields. Unlike the general Tag Block signature option, the Inspections Signature Block provides predefined fields tailored to inspection workflows and compliance requirements. This feature is essential for departments that need to maintain proper documentation chains and ensure all parties involved in an inspection process have appropriate signature capabilities.
