Form Builder - Image Block
Purpose
- The purpose of this Knowledge Base Article is demonstrate how to add an Image Block using the Form Builder.
- These instructions apply to the Image Block in Form Builder for the following Modules: Inspections, Permits, Invoicing, and Fire Investigation.

Instructions
1. Create a new form or select edit to edit an existing form.
2. Mouse over in the left margin at the current block and select the + sign to add an Image Block under the current Block.
3. Select Image from the dropdown menu.
4. Select the file to upload.
- Most image file types are support.
- Recommended image files types are: .jpg, .jpeg, .png, and .gif
5. Enter text for the Caption (optional):
6. Select Tune to add a border, stretch the image, add a background, move up and down, or delete (select the X 2 times).
