Form Builder - Image Block

Purpose

  1. The purpose of this Knowledge Base Article is demonstrate how to add an Image Block using the Form Builder.
  2. These instructions apply to the Image Block in Form Builder for the following Modules: Inspections, Permits, Invoicing, and Fire Investigation.

Instructions

1.  Create a new form or select edit to edit an existing form.






2. Mouse over in the left margin at the current block and select the + sign to add an Image Block under the current Block.





3.  Select Image from the dropdown menu.






4. Select the file to upload.
  1. Most image file types are support.
  2. Recommended image files types are: .jpg, .jpeg, .png, and .gif





5. Enter text for the Caption (optional):






6. Select Tune to add a border, stretch the image, add a background, move up and down, or delete (select the X 2 times).
