Troubleshooting & FAQs

Q: Why can't I see the formatting toolbar? A: Ensure you have selected the text first. The formatting tools only appear when text is highlighted.

Q: The heading doesn't appear correctly when printed. What's wrong? A: Check your font size and color settings. Some formatting may not translate well to print. Test with standard fonts and colors.

Q: Can I copy heading formatting to other blocks? A: Currently, formatting must be applied individually to each heading block. Consider creating form templates with pre-formatted headings.

Q: The + sign to add blocks isn't appearing. What should I do? A: Verify you have proper Form Builder permissions and that you're in edit mode. Try refreshing the page if the interface appears unresponsive.
