Form Builder - Header Block

Purpose

  1. The purpose of this Knowledge Base Article is demonstrate how to add a Header Block using the Form Builder.
  2. These instructions apply to the Header Block in Form Builder for the following Modules: Inspections, Permits, and Fire Investigation.

Instructions


1. Create a form or select edit to edit an exiting form.






2. To add a block, mouse over the left margin at a current block to locate the + sign and select it.




  

3. Select header.  The new Header Block will be below the current block.






4.  Mouse over and then select Tune to view your options for the header.
  1. 6 options for the header block.
  2. Move up and down or select X twice to delete.






5. Add logo or image for the header block.






6. Select edit (near right margin) for header text.




7. Mouse over right margin to add header and text.






8. Tune Header Text - Font Size, Justification, move up and down, and delete.






9. Tune Text - Justification, move up and down, and delete.







10. Select text to view text tool bar.
  1. Convert to header or text, Bold, Italics, Underline, marker (highlight), Text Color.





11. Select save when done editing the header text.






12.  Completed header with logo.
