This training session offers specialized instruction for the features and functionality associated with First Due's Canned Reports.
In 101 level sessions we review fundamental module navigation, demonstrate common use cases for the Canned Reports.
Idea
Sessions of this level are designed for personnel who utilize basic reports on a regular basis.

Reports 201

This training session offers specialized instruction for the features and functionality  associated with First Due Ad Hoc reports.
In 201 level sessions we will focus on the functionality of building out basic Ad Hoc Reports in the First Due Reports module.

Sessions of this level are designed for personnel who utilize Ad Hoc Reporting on a regular basis.

Reports 301

This training session offers instruction for creating more advanced Ad Hoc Reports within the Reports Module.
In 301 level sessions we review advanced features of First Due modules including building complex Ad Hoc Reports and also how they can be used in the Dashboard Module.
Idea
Sessions of this level are designed for personnel who build more complex Ad Hoc Reports as well as those who utilize or create Dashboards.

This training session focuses on the features and functionality within the First Due iOS and Android Responder Apps as well as using First Due during the time of response on Web Responder.
