First Due Academy Changes

  1. Daily Live Sessions are being converted to Daily Recording Releases.
    1. Each Business Day a module will release its respective sessions as a group.
      1. If the module has 101/201/ and 301 level sessions all 3 will be released on the same day.
      2. If the module has 101 and 201 level sessions both will be released on the same day.
      3. If the module has just a 101 level session it will be released on that day.
  1. The previous "First Due Academy" section that contained the schedule is being merged in the same section as the "Previous First Due Academy Classes"  The new section will maintain the name "First Due Academy".  This section will contain both the Monthly Schedule and the Recorded Sessions.





  2. Multiple new sessions have been added to the curriculum.

  3. A new "Special Session" section has been added.
    1. This will allow us to conduct Special sessions outside of the normal scheduled sessions when we have new Major releases or Major updates to a module.

  4. Training / Activities/ Hydrants 101 and 301 have been broken out into additional sessions on their own.
    1. We will now conduct the following sessions as a result
      1. Training 101 and Training 301
      2. Activities 101 and  Activities 301
      3. Hydrants 101 and Hydrants 301

  5. We have added a brand new "Admin 101" session
    1. This will allow us to review and demonstrates common Admin practices and give tips that will assist your Department's System Administrators.

  6. We have added a brand new "Command 101" session. 
    1. This session will allows us to demonstrate features, functionality, and set up of the Command module.

  7. We have added a brand new "Community Connect 101 and 301" sessions.
    1. With all of the great new functionality that community connect has enhanced with, this session will allow us to demonstrate uses and set up of your departments community connect module.

  8. We have added a brand new "Investigations 101" session.
    1. As the Investigations module continues to expand, this sessions will allow us to demonstrate how to use the new features and functionality of the module.

  9. We have added a brand new "Medications 101 and 301" sessions.
    1. As the Medications module continues to expand, this sessions will allow us to demonstrate how to use the new features and functionality of the module.

  10. Reports 101 is being expanded into Reports 101 / 201 / and 301.
    1. As our Ad Hoc capabilities and functionality continues to grow having the additional sessions will allow us to provide session that can assist you in capturing your departments data needs.
