1. From the Fire Incident Setup within Incident Documentation select the General category.
2. From the Notifications section you can select to Enable QA/QI email notifications.
3. From the dropdown select who will receive an email notification when an incident is marked incomplete.
4. You are able to require a reason why the incident was marked incomplete.
NOTE: Giving a reason will assist the recipient on why or what information is needed to fix the incident report.
5. Remember to select Save when completed.
6. This is the email notification that will be sent out when an incident is marked incomplete.
If you have selected require a reason for marking incomplete you will not be able to send until there is a reason in the description box.
7. Once the recipient has corrected and selects complete a modal will display to send the authorized user an email.
Notification is not required here but can be utilized to explain their actions or corrections.
