Heads Up!

We are adding a new feature for Field Management!  These changes will allow agencies to manage the Schedule To List for scheduling Inspections and reinspection's.

Our new feature will be released on February 19, 2024. This article highlights the new interface that allows your agency to manage the Schedule To List.



Purpose

  1. The purpose of this Knowledge Base Article is to demonstrate how to update the Schedule To dropdown list when Scheduling an Inspection or Reinspection.

Instructions

Default Dropdown Schedule To list:





1. Click on Admin.


Click on Admin.




2. Click on Field Management.


Click on Field Management.




3. Using Advanced Search, locate and select "Schedule To" and then select "Apply."







4. Select Edit in the Actions Column.


Select Edit in the Actions Column.




5. Click on edit for a row to edit.


Click on row




6. Update Description, Number of Days and Type of Day as needed.
  1. Type of day is either Calendar Days or Business Days (Monday through Friday).

7. Click on Add to create a new value for the dropdown list.

8. Enter the description.

9. Enter the Number of Days.

10. Select Calendar Days or Business Days (Monday through Friday).

11. Delete a value from the dropdown list as needed.
