Field Management - Risk Classification

Purpose

  1. The purpose of this Knowledge Base Article is to demonstrate how to modify the "Risk Classification" list for "Risk Assessment."

Instructions


1. Click on Admin.


Click on Admin.



2. Click on Field Management.


Click on Field Management.



3. Filter the Field Name list for "Risk Classification." and select apply.






4. Select Edit.

6. Click on Add to add a new Risk Classification or Edit to edit a Risk Classification.

7. Click on Icon to select the desire Icon.

8. Set the Value Range.
  1. Two numeric fields that are greater or equal to 0.
  2. The range can be empty if the Risk Classification is used manually only.
  3. If there is a value in To, there needs to be a value in From.
  4. If there is a value in From but To is empty, it means greater than the value in From.
  5. The ranges can’t overlap.

Set the Value Range.



9. Error message If a value is entered in the "To" field without a value in the "From" field.
The same value can be entered in both fields, if the values don't overlap.

11. Manually setting the Risk Classification. Set the ranges From and To with the same values:

13. Enter Text or edit the Short Description.

15. Click on Save when done.
