Field Management - Is Inspectable

Purpose

  1. To demonstrate the settings for "Is Inspectable" in Field Management and how to update to Hide, Read, or Update and the effect the setting have within the First Due System.

Instructions

1. Click on Admin.


Click on Admin.




2. Click on Field Management.


Click on Field Management



3. Select "Is Inspectable" in the Field Name Drop down in Advanced Search.






4. Click on Apply.


Click on Apply.



5. Click on Edit Roles Permissions.


Click on Edit Roles Permissions.



6. There are three options for each role.
  1. Hide - The user will not see the field in the Occupancy Record.
  2. Read - The user will see the field in the Occupancy Record, but cannot update it.
  3. Update - The user will be able to select or deselect "Is Inspectable" to update the field.

7. Click on Save after updating.
