Field Management: Inspection District and Inspection Zone

Purpose

  1. To demonstrate how to create and edit Inspection Districts and Zone.

Instructions


1. Click on Admin.


Click on Admin.



2. Click on Field Management.


Click on Field Management.




3. In Advanced Search "Field Name" field, type "Inspection" and select Inspection District or Inspection Zone.






4. Click on Apply.


Click on Apply.



5. Click Edit in the Actions column.


Click Edit in the Actions column.



6. Click on Add.


Click on Add.



7. Enter the text for the Inspection District or Zone.


Enter the text for the Inspection District or Zone.



8. Click on Save.


Click on Save.



9. Click on Edit to edit an Inspection District or Zone name.


Click on Edit to edit an Inspection District or Zone name.



10. Click Edit to edit a list item name or delete to remove a list item. Warning: Deleting an Inspection District or Zone list name cannot be reversed and will remove the deleted district or zone from associated records.






11. Select Save.
